Pastor Jerry Ross

Pastor Jerry Ross was saved at 5 years of age and surrendered to preach at age 17.  He is a “preacher’s kid”, the son of Pastor Robert and Donna Ross.  He met his wife, Sheryl, while attending Bible college and they married in 1984.  They have served the Lord together for 40 years and God has blessed them with 3 daughters and 12 grandchildren.  Pastor Ross has served 11 years as a youth pastor and 22 years as a senior pastor.  He has served at Blessed Hope Baptist Church for 30 of those years.  The church recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and has produced 20 young people now serving full-time in ministry, and many other young people (now adults) who serve faithfully in their home church.  The church has also birthed 3 church plants in Southern Indiana. To God be the glory.  
Pastor Ross preaches regularly at youth conferences, men’s meetings and preaching conferences around the country.  He has authored over 20 books including Stay in the Castle, Mountain Lessons, and Grace Will Lead Me Home.  Over 200,000 copies of Pastor Ross’ books are now in print.  
Pastor Ross is also an avid outdoorsman.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and knife making.
